The deadline for pre-registration for the ‘live’ webcast or dial-in audio-only stream of ASIA-PACIFIC STRATEGIC INVESTMENTS LIMITED’s (the “Company”) Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) is on or before 2.00 p.m. on 4 February 2023.

Individuals, joint holders, or corporates whose status as shareholders and/or proxies have been authenticated will receive a Confirmation Email on or before 2.00 p.m. on 5 February 2023 with the necessary details to access the webcast or dial-in audio-only stream of the meeting proceedings.

Shareholders and/or proxies who have pre-registered for live audio-visual webcast or live audio-only stream on or before 2.00 p.m. on 4 February 2023 but who have not received the Confirmation Email by 2.00 p.m. on 5 February 2023, should contact the Company’s webcast vendor, Big Bang Design Pte. Ltd., for assistance via email webcast@bigbangdesign.co.
