In accordance with CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES (FAR EAST) LIMITED (the “Company”)’s SGXNET announcement dated 4 July 2022, the deadline for pre-registration for the ‘live’ webcast or dial-in audio-only stream of the Company’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) is on or before by 10.30 a.m. on 18 July 2022.

Individuals, joint holders, or corporates whose status as shareholders have been authenticated will receive a Confirmation Email on or before 10.30 a.m. on 20 July 2022 with the necessary details to access the webcast or dial-in audio-only stream of the meeting proceedings.

Shareholders who do not receive the Confirmation Email by 10.30 a.m. on 20 July 2022, but have registered by 10.30 a.m. on 18 July 2022, may contact the Company by email to investorrelations@cil.sg.
