In accordance with FORTRESS MINERALS LIMITED (the “Company”)’s SGXNET announcement dated 1 June 2021, the deadline for pre-registration for the ‘live’ webcast or dial-in audio-only stream of the Company’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) is on or before 11.00 a.m. on 17 June 2021.

Individuals, joint holders, or corporates whose status as shareholders have been authenticated will receive a Confirmation Email on or before 11.00 a.m. on 22 June 2021 with the necessary details to access the webcast or dial-in audio-only stream of the meeting proceedings.
