In accordance with GS HOLDINGS LIMITED (the “Company”)’s SGXNET announcement dated 4 July 2022, the deadline for pre-registration for the ‘live’ webcast or dial-in audio-only stream of the Company’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) is on or before by 2.00 p.m. on Sunday, 17 July 2022.

Individuals, joint holders, or corporates whose status as shareholders have been authenticated will receive a Confirmation Email on or before 2.00 p.m. on 18 July 2022 with the necessary details to access the webcast or dial-in audio-only stream of the meeting proceedings.

Please also check your junk mail folder in case it has been directed there instead of your inbox.

Shareholders who do not receive the Confirmation Email by 2.00 p.m. on 18 July 2022 but who have registered on or before 2.00 p.m. on Sunday, 17 July 2022, should email to: info@gsholdings.com.sg for assistance, with the following details included:

1. shareholder’s full name;
2. NRIC/FIN/Passport no. (if the shareholder is an individual) or the Company Registration No. (if the shareholder is a corporation); and
3. manner in which the shares are held (e.g. via Central Depository/scrip/Supplementary Retirement Scheme (“SRS”)), for verification purposes.
