In accordance with SGX announcement dated 7 April 2022, the deadline for registration for the Live Webcast of Hong Lai Huat Group Limited’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) is on or before 9.00 am on 26 April 2022.

Individuals or corporates whose status as shareholders have been authenticated will receive a confirmation email by 9.00 am on 28 April 2022 with instructions to access the “live” audio-visual webcast of the AGM (“LIVE WEBCAST”) or a “live” audio-only stream (via telephone) of the AGM (“LIVE AUDIO FEED”).

Shareholders who have registered by 9.00 am on 26 April 2022 but do not receive an email containing login credentials by 9.00 am on 28 April 2022, should contact the Company for assistance at main@zicoholdings.com.
