In accordance with KEONG HONG HOLDINGS LIMITED (the “Company”)’s SGXNET announcement dated 29 July 2022, the pre-registration for the ‘live’ webcast or dial-in audio-only stream of the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) has closed.

Individuals, joint holders, or corporates whose status as shareholders have been authenticated will receive a Confirmation Email on or before 3.00 p.m., 20 August 2022, with the necessary details to access the webcast or dial-in audio-only stream of the meeting proceedings.
