The deadline for pre-registration for the ‘live’ webcast or dial-in audio-only stream of Koda Ltd.’s (the “Company”) Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) and Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) has closed.

Individuals, joint holders, or corporates whose status as shareholders have been authenticated will receive a Confirmation Email on or before 3.00 p.m. on 24 October 2022, with the necessary details to access the webcast or dial-in audio-only stream of the meeting proceedings.

Shareholders who have pre-registered for live audio-visual webcast or live audio-only stream before 10.00 a.m. (Singapore Time) on Tuesday, October 25, 2022, but who have not received the Confirmation Email by 10.00 a.m. (Singapore Time) on Thursday, October 27, 2022, should contact the Company’s Share Registrar, In.Corp Corporate Services Pte. Ltd., at shareregistry@incorp.asia.
