In accordance with Manhattan Resources Limited (the “Company”)’s SGXNET announcement dated 22 January 2021, the deadline for pre-registration for the ‘live’ webcast or dial-in audio-only stream of the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) is on or before 9:30 a.m. on 7 March 2022.

Individuals, joint holders, or corporates whose status as shareholders have been authenticated will receive a Confirmation Email on or before 9:30 a.m. on 8 March 2022 with the necessary details to access the webcast or dial-in audio-only stream of the meeting proceedings.

Members who do not receive the Confirmation Email by 9:30 a.m. on 8 March 2022 but who have registered on or before 9:30 a.m. on 7 March 2022, may contact the webcast vendor, Big Bang Design Pte. Ltd., by email to webcast@bigbangdesign.co with the following details: (1) the full name of member, and (2) his/her/its identification/registration number.
