The deadline for pre-registration for the ‘live’ webcast or dial-in audio-only stream of METIS ENERGY LIMITED (the “Company”)’s Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) is on or before 10:00 a.m. on 3 January 2023.

Following authentication of his/her/its status as a member or proxy(ies) of the member of the Company, such member/proxy(ies) will receive a Confirmation Email on or before 10:00 a.m. on 4 January 2023 with the necessary details to access the webcast or dial-in audio-only stream of the meeting proceedings.

Member/proxy(ies) who have pre-registered by 10:00 a.m. on 3 January 2023 but have not received the Confirmation Email by 10:00 a.m on 4 January 2023, should contact the Company’s webcast vendor, Big Bang Design Pte Ltd, by email at webcast@bigbangdesign.co for assistance with the following details included:

1. the member’s/proxy’s full name;
2. his/her/its identification/company registration number; and
3. the manner in which the shares are held (e.g. via The Central Depositor (Pte) Limited (“CDP”), Central Provident Fund (“CPF”) Investment Scheme, or Supplementary Retirement Scheme (“SRS”)).
