In accordance with PAN-UNITED CORPORATION LTD. (the “Company”)’s SGXNET announcement dated 6 April 2022, the deadline for pre-registration for the ‘live’ webcast or dial-in audio-only stream of the Company’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) is on or before 2.30 p.m. on 19 April 2022 (Tuesday).

Individuals, joint holders, or corporates whose status as shareholders have been authenticated will receive a Confirmation Email on or before 2.30 p.m. on 21 April 2022 (Thursday) with the necessary details to access the webcast or dial-in audio-only stream of the meeting proceedings.
