The deadline for pre-registration for the ‘live’ webcast or dial-in audio-only stream of TEHO INTERNATIONAL INC LTD.’s (the “Company”) Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) has closed.

Individuals, joint holders, or corporates whose status as shareholders have been authenticated will receive a Confirmation Email on or before 3.00 p.m. on 24 October 2022, with the necessary details to access the webcast or dial-in audio-only stream of the meeting proceedings.

Shareholders who have pre-registered for live audio-visual webcast or live audio-only stream before 3.00 p.m. on Saturday, 22 October 2022, but who have not received the Confirmation Email by 3.00 p.m. on 24 October 2022, may contact the Company’s webcast vendor, Big Bang Design, by email at webcast@bigbangdesign.co for assistance, with the following details included:

1. Member’s full name;
2. his/her/its identification/company registration number; and
3. the manner in which the shares are held (e.g. via CDP or SRS).
