The deadline for pre-registration for the ‘live’ webcast or dial-in audio-only stream of Ying Li International Real Estate Limited (the “Company”)’s Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) is on or before 26 December 2022 at 9:30 a.m.

Following authentication of his/her/its status as a member or proxy(ies) of the member of the Company, such member/proxy(ies) will receive an Email Response on or before 5.00 p.m. on 27 December 2022 with the necessary details to access the webcast or dial-in audio-only stream of the meeting proceedings.

Members/proxies who do not receive the Email Response by 5.00 p.m. on 27 December 2022, but have registered by 26 December 2022 at 9:30 a.m., should contact the Company’s live webcast provider by 10.00 a.m. on 28 December 2022 for assistance at the following email address: webcast@bigbangdesign.co, with the following details included:

1. the member’s/proxy’s full name;
2. his/her/its identification/company registration number; and
3. the manner in which the shares are held (e.g. via The Central Depositor (Pte) Limited (“CDP”), Central Provident Fund (“CPF”) Investment Scheme, or Supplementary Retirement Scheme (“SRS”)).
