Individuals, joint holders, or corporates whose status as shareholders or proxies have been authenticated will receive a Confirmation Email with instructions on how to access the Webcast and the Audio Link via email (“Confirmation Email”) by 5.00 p.m. on 25 April 2023

Members, or where applicable, their appointed proxy(ies) who have registered on or before 2.00 p.m. on 24 April 2023 but do not receive the Confirmation Email by 5.00 p.m. on 25 April 2023, may contact the Company’s live webcast provider by 10.00 a.m. on 26 April 2023 for assistance at the following email address: webcast@bigbangdesign.co , with the following details included:

1. the member’s/proxy’s full name;
2. his/her/its identification/company registration number; and
3. the manner in which the shares are held (e.g. via The Central Depositor (Pte) Limited (“CDP”), Central Provident Fund (“CPF”) Investment Scheme, or Supplementary Retirement Scheme (“SRS”)).
